Bolivia Lodge offers event organizers the benefit of having a dedicated event coordinator as your single point of contact for your event. All of our coordinators have extensive local/ and or international experience.

Here are just some of the areas where our coordinators can add value. (Certain value-added services are billable):

  • Event Planning & Decor
  • Design / print of marketing collateral – signs, banners, invitations, agendas etc.
  • Guest ID card / lanyard printing
  • Assistance with drawing up exhibition floor layouts 
  • Awareness raising via our own social media platforms and customer base
  • Assistance with local, walk-in ticket sales
  • Hiring in temporary personnel – if required. E.g. additional parking attendants, additional security personnel, additional waitrons
  • Arranging for Food & Beverage service to complement your event (our chefs can prepare boerewors rolls, platters, formal 3-course meals, or anything in between)
  • Arranging our standard staging, AV equipment & in-house Engineer(s)
  • Recommending local service providers – furniture hiring, stand, stage and ramp builders etc.
